Dear customers, business partners and friends,
Another year is drawing to a close: one that none of us planned like it developed. Just as we have left the pandemic behind us after two years of deprivation and suffering, a war is reaching the world that is again bringing so much powerlessness, sadness and pain into our lives.
Christmas is just around the corner and we all ask and pray for peace and hope that the economic crisis that is already being felt will not do us too much harm. We all long for a „normal“ Christmas in the usual setting, together with family and friends.
We hope so much that all our heartfelt wishes in this direction will come true and wanted anyhow to get in touch with you before Advent to offer a pre-Christmas greeting.
Our company has a longstanding tradition to forego the usual Christmas gifts to our business partners and customers. Instead, we rather choose to help promote and raise awareness of many kinds of needy causes.
This year we are giving something quite special – human warmth and with it,
a feeling of having supported a person in a difficult situation.
David is four years young and suffered a stroke at birth. Due to the prolonged lack of oxygen, David had to be resuscitated 15 minutes postpartum and has been suffering from spastic cerebral palsy ever since. He will need the help and support of family and doctors throughout his life.
An intensive therapy that helps David gain a little more mobility and stability is the TheraSuit rehabilitation therapy. The TheraSuit are very soft and dynamic orthoses, which are connected via a system of elastic bands and are intended to enable David to strengthen his torso and head stability and gain more control over his body in the long term.
On your behalf we have now been able to fulfil David‘s heart‘s desire with the help of the organization „Light for Children“ and donated a TheraSuit therapy for him, which unfortunately is not covered by any insurance.
Thank you very much on David‘s behalf and we would like to share the beautiful and touching moment the check was handed over to the child’s father.
We’d also like to thank you for remaining loyal to us during this difficult year and for continuing to believe in us. Your support not only gives us power to master all challenges, but also the conviction to do a lot of new things.
